The Mad Bugler

Tonight Matt took us to hear the elk bugling. Garrett has been practicing his calling and wanted to see if he could make one bugle. He had three answer. I love the look on his face when one answered him.

Garrett was watching me do this post and I said what should the title be. He's the one that came up with The Mad Bugler.

I Love...

...MATTEven though this is what he is doing most this time of year he still finds time for me. He will volunteer to stay home when I am having a bad day and he gives me a morning wake-up call. What more could I ask for.

I Love...

My family. They are such a blessing in my life. I especially love times like this...everyone together at mom and dads. Thanks for always being there for me and for everything you do. I love you.

Fall

is in the air. While we were on our ride last night there was this lonely tree that had changed into its beautiful fall red. Matt had to cut a branch off for Garrett to take for sharing today. I love this time of year, the weather and colors.

Spottin'

Matt will be hunting elk again Saturday so tonight we went bird hunting/looking for elk.

We rode out and looked at the twitchell canyon fire tonight. It really flared up yesterday and they had to close I-70 last night because of the smoke.
