State History Fair

Braden, Shane, and Mason took 3rd place at the state history fair. Good job boys!

Easter Camp

This year for Easter we spent camping with the McInelly's and Bradshaw's (mom & dad were in Hawaii). The Easter Bunny brought Braden and angry bird pillow, air soft gun and candy. Ashlyn a dress, shoes and candy. And Garrett got a ball T and pitch back and some candy.

Later we sent the kids on the 4-wheelers and then hid some eggs for an egg hunt.

We had a fun weekend!

Braden

Grandma Willden did a glow-in-the-dark easter egg hunt for the kids. Braden took the glow bracelets and made himself a stick man. Looks pretty cool! 

Pine Wood Derby

Garrett's car...he drew the outline and Matt and I helped him get it ready.

Waiting for his car to cross the finish line. It was pretty high-tech this year.There was a laser at the end of the track that told the places of each car, whose car,  and the speed.

 First Place...Garrett took 1st twice and 2nd twice.

 190.5 mph...that's pretty fast. And they spelled his name wrong.

 He ended up taking 4th place overall. He was happy with it and so were we. 

Hunting Horns

Matt has spent the last two days hunting horns and can barely walk today! He came home with 10 horns so I guess it was worth it.

Eye Doctor

Garrett got poked in the eye with a stick. His eye was bright red and running like he was crying. Dr. Albrecht checked it out and he had a scratch on his cornea. He may have a couple little scars after it heals but his eye sight was perfect and he said it won't affect it.
