I wasn't feeling very good this morning so we just went for a road hunt. We met up with Gary and Brittany and Matt spotted this deer from a long ways away. He wasn't sure it was a buck so we got closer to take a look. It was a little buck and it got up to move so they told us to shoot it. Brittany was a dang good shot and I didn't even find it in my scope. She is so funny. Her and Matt walked up to get it while me and Gary stayed below to watch it. When they got up to it it tried to get up so she shot it in the neck and hit the main artery. Blood was squirting straight out and you could hear Brittany yelling that is so cool. Matt gutted the deer and Brittany picked it up by the horns to drain the blood out.
After they got the deer loaded Ashlyn put the legs in her sleeves and started waving to Gary and saying hi. He looked up and seen what she was doing and started laughing. It did look even funnier in person.
