Garrett participated in the mini triathlon today. He has wanted to do it since they sent the papers home from school and Matt and I both kept saying are you sure. He insisted so I finally signed him up. He woke up at 7 this morning, got dressed, and came and got me to take him up there. It didn't even start til 10. They started off swimming 25 yds, then biked 1 mile, and ran 1/4 mile, and he came in 2nd place. He says the hardest part was the swimming. He did so good and was so excited.
